picked some greens {baby s.chard, arugula & chives} thinking an open face tuna sandwich was on the menu for lunch today ....
however, in this ever changing world in which we live in ... it became a total organic tuna salad with the greens, red onion, celery, apple, red kidney beans, walnuts, oregano, salt, pepper, lemon, olive oil and a tad of vegenaise and greek olives on the side, so good. .
i'm into square these days.
