hoarding pays off... easter booty & bouquets

i have to admit i'm a bottle & jar hoarder {collector}, always have

been and i'm supposing will always be, however, i do

use them and give them away, so

is that a "true hoarder"

maybe, maybe not.

when my mom passed away, i went for her spice

cupboard and filled bin/s

of her spices, knowing darn well what i was

gonna use them for {as shown above} however,

i could see the look on my brother's eyes and expressions

on their faces ... oh boy, there she goes again - hoarding...

little did they know i had good intentions all along.

these spring bouquets went with me on my

errands & were given away to those that

not only love spring bouquets, but are

sentimental.

thank you mom.

happy easter.

every time i see a ladybug, i want to take a photo of it and start a "ladybug sighting" blog {this has been going on for years and i never do anything about it} or at least mention it on this blog. sooo, yesterday morning, waa-laa, there was a ladybug in my garden, i ran and got the camera, took photo and thought, now i have a blog i have to post it.... believe it or not, this really happened, within hours, i get to the shop and donna, across the sidewalk from grow { http://www.carlsbadmft.com/ } offers me a cup of coffee and we are out front sipping our freshly brewed coffee on one of the most gorgeous days one could experience ... and there's a ladybug in her hair, no kidding. lots of serendipity goes on @ grow.

happy birthday, lincoln.

sweet 16.

these bloomed especially for maddy's sweet 16 ... cut them the morning of

boy, tammy & i sure know how to throw a party... along with a scavenger hunt. { and we are complete opposites, details saved for another blog} ... just think what we could come up with if we had more time...but, this is all about maddy, not us.
